How to Remove the Lightning Conductor Web Part

1. To remove the Lightning Conductor Web Part, log onto SharePoint Central Administration
2. Click on the Operations Tab
3. Click on Solution Management
4. Click Retract Solution
5. Choose your schedule e.g. now, and which Web Applications you would like to remove it from, and then click ok.
6. Open a command prompt and type the following command: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
    Shared\web server extensions\12\BIN\STSADM.EXE" -o execadmsvcjobs
7. Navigate back to the Solution Management Page under operations in SharePoint Central Administration.
8. Click the LightningConductorWebPart.wsp link.
9. Choose Remove Solution.
